The IMS Track Mounted Pugmill, PM 1050-16TB is fitted with a twin shaft for anti-surging high production material blending. Each shaft is fitted with replaceable 500 grade paddle tips that are rotatable through 180 degree to equalize wear.

The pugmill is fully hydraulic from transport to operational mode without removing any items of plant. The standard pugmill is manual controlled for adding water and can be upgraded to a fully automated PLC control and recording system for adding cement, lime, chemicals and emulsified asphalt mixing

IMS have mobile 40 tonne cement silo’s options that refills the pugmill cement hopper with attached load cells automatically controlled by the pugmill PLC. IMS have a range of product hoppers and blenders that can work separate or work in conjunction with the pugmill for mixing several products at once.

IMS manufacturer electric modular pugmills blenders fully automated offering two or four feed hoppers all with belt scales, cement/powder or liquids adding options mixing up to 500 tonnes per hour. The blended product is then stockpiled with a 24 meter radial stacker with auto radial return and auto lift as the stockpile increases in height.
